- Ensure compliance with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018,
- Provide customer satisfaction through outstanding quality that meets customers' requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant local and international HSE legislation
- Maintain a safe and adequate work environment for our employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Avoid undue risks to human health and minimize adverse impacts on the environment.
- Measure achievements in continual improvement by setting and monitoring objectives and targets for our IMS performance indicators.
- Ensure the availability of information and necessary resources to achieve our objectives and targets.
- Encourage consultation and participation of our workers in matters related to their health and safety.
- Engage with stakeholders regarding QHSE issues to promote transparency and collaboration.
- Prevent injury and ill health.
- Follow AIMS Life-Saving Rules and site-specific rules and procedures.
- Implement a process for risk assessment and management to identify and mitigate risks related to health, safety, and the environment.
- Provide training and development to ensure all employees are competent to perform their tasks safely and effectively.
- Establish procedures for emergency preparedness and response, including evacuation plans and emergency contact information.
- Commit to sustainability practices, including waste reduction and energy conservation.
- Promote a culture of behavioural safety where employees are encouraged to speak up about unsafe practices or conditions.
- Set expectations for QHSE practices among suppliers and contractors.
- Define communication and reporting processes for QHSE information, including incident reporting procedures.
- Conduct periodic management reviews to evaluate QHSE objectives and targets
- Pursue continual improvement of the Integrated Management System
